We went minivelo cycling on Sunday with some friends from Tokyo.
日曜日に、東京から遊びに来た友達とミニヴェロサイクリングに行ってきました。
The weather was perfect so we could see a mini Mt. Fuji very clearly and the Pacific Ocean was also very blue and beautiful. お天気この上なく、富士山くっきり、太平洋もどこまでも青く美しく。
It’s nice to be out again riding together as a group after the last two years of social distancing. この2年、ずっと三密を避けてきたので、みんなと一緒にこうしてまたお出かけ出来るのがうれしい。
For the first time ever we had a doggy join us … a gorgeous nine month old Pomeranian named ‘Pocky’. 私達史上初で、今回はワンコも私達に同行…めっちゃかわいい生後9ヶ月のポメラニアン、ポッキーちゃん！
There was no wind so the ocean was flat. 風もなく、海もおだやかでした。
No wind also means it was fairly warm and easy to ride our bikes. 無風は私達にとってもありがたく、いい感じに暖かくて自転車で進むのも楽チンでした。
The trees along the inside of the sea wall are getting bigger and the area is starting to look like a forest again. 防波堤の内側に植えられた木々も大きくなってきて、再び森のようになってきました。

Pocky enjoyed his backpack window view and could smell all the interesting aromas through the mesh. ポッキーもリュックサックの窓からの眺めを楽しみ、アミアミ越しに色々な香りを楽しんでいました。
In total we rode only about 30km but it was very enjoyable chatting, taking photos, and looking at the sea. 今回は合計で30キロくらいしか走行しませんでしたか、オシャベリや写真撮影、そして海の風景を満喫しました。
A very fun day! 楽しい１日でした！
